Good tips....also just not eating out for 6 months can really add up. I know easier said than done though.

Right Arm BermCannon! I got rid of a lot of stuff this past year but did not sell it. For several weeks on trash day I'd set stuff at the curb by the trash cans and people would stop and load it in their car or truck. Stuff like lawn chairs, furniture, etc. I cancelled my TV service 2 yrs ago ($180/mo); make my own coffee (never Starbucks) in the AM; if eating out, always only water with the meal cause it's free; when camping with my Toy Hauler I boondock for free in the desert; I buy an annual "Oversized Vehicle" CA State Beach Pass ($270) and at night boondock for free, usually in an Industrial zone or sometimes at the curb of a friends house. I'm retired, fixed income, and travel a lot with my Girls, Zoey n Roxy...

I know I'm watching this to find ways to save money but the best way I learn to save money is to act poor and procrastinate on what I wanted to buy. I'm doing it now but I can't wait yo have the money to get a bike.

I have about $25k in my savings and about $1k in my checking, with about $3.5k locked away in crypto. I'm still trying to scramble saving to get a motorcycle because i'm always so nervous about saving money
