@@riship88 Hey Rishi how are you doing my psych doctor just prescribed me Sertraline Hcl 25 Mg so I was wondering what severe side effects can you get with this drug because I get palpitations and I’m scared that it would make my heart beat even more faster or something and if I feel dizzy as well I’m pretty sensitive with it comes to drugs and I have been taking magnesium 250 Mg daily as well I usually take at night so I don’t know if I can take my magnesium supplement with this medication as well and how can I quit this medication if I don’t want it in the future and stuff but as of right now I have been getting alot of anxiety and panic attacks whenever I drive alone and going to places I get scared to be left alone that’s something is going to happen to me I would really appreciate it your help on this.

Mental health is such a sensitive topic and the mind is such a sensitive tool that you really have to be careful about how you're messing with the chemicals of the brain using these drugs. I'm glad you had such positive effects wirh the meds. It really gives me a lot of confidence to go and try the meds out!

Hey Amrita, thanks for the message. I'm actually doing good thanks for asking. Life's not the bed but somehow I seem to be coping quite well. If the meds helped me with anything, it's discovering what my coping mechanisms are which now helps me daily. Have you tried ashwagandha? Maybe worth considering if you aren't ready to try ssri's.

@@riship88 I am surprised you figured I can be self reprimanding, and I need to be good to myself. Or is it just common in people suffering from this? I just hope the meds are not like Zolpidem because that resulted in missing time (4-5 hours), lack of coordination while performing voluntary movements and three ocassions of bed wetting. The latter being highly embarrassing.
