I found this exercise key to adjust to the sweet spot of the racket and understand the control of the ball. 100% ❤

I played Tom Farquharson at Sutton Indoor Tennis Centre,in 2008 on the British Tour Tennis Circuit. He won, a very talented tennis player, so good to see him now involved in Padel Tennis.I just started Padel after playing a lot of tennis. I know this game is different, and I'm hooked.

Thanks for this great drill demonstration! I recently started padel and have a hard time to find local players to play 2v2s, so these drills help me to practice on my own when I have time but can't find players. Perhaps you could make a video on doing routines with ball canons, because that's something that is available at my local padel court. Keep going on, because I'm learning a ton!!

Great video! Sometimes I just want to go and practice by myself for a full hour or so, but I find it hard to structure the session in a good way. Could you perhaps make a video on how to structure an entire practice session for just one player? Thanks again and keep up the good work!

Love the videos! Could you please make some more padel videos for single courts, stuff like tactics and how to play on the smaller court?

This is great. I tend to arrive 20min early aswell just to get warm. 5minutes is way too short imo. I still notice that it take another 30 minutes before im comfortably warmed up

most new peoples muscle memory is in tennis when you first play so it takes a while to get used to hitting softly.
