Menopause causes insomnia so if your doing everything right menopause will still revenge sleep I don’t drink caffeine I walk 3-6 miles a day I avoid sugar but I have insomnia

1. Get more sleep 2 Avoid Caffine in the afternoon 3. Avoid alcohol 4. Do steady state cardio like walking/hiking 5. Reduce sugar intake/avoid refined carbs 6. Include probiotic foods or supplements 7. Include relaxing activities like yoga and meditation that can help calm you down

I just did Hiit this week after weight training for five weeks. The hiit i think launched a big cortisol dump. I can’t sleep well, feel irritable, anxiety and nerves are shot. Good to know about steady state cardio. Thank you

Fermented foods are high in histamine and that can definitely cause insomnia. Even citrus fruits, too.

I love this person but the filters on all the posts just seem really fake and make me not want to take their advice. If you can't even be real about your own face how do I know you're being real and honest about your products or information?

It’s actually easier than spending a lot of time on makeup to make content- it’s not about being fake for me, it’s more about saving time as a full time content creator needing to post original content 3-5x a day on multiple platforms and some days I just don’t feel like doing makeup to look presentable. Other days I don’t care and will go without it, but it’s my preference to use a filter on occasion.
