If you have a problem that the reflections on a reflective aria is to big or to strong or to sharp... how do you deal with that? A good way to deal with it is to use translucent material and shoot the light through there. That will make the edges of the reflections from the lightsource more soft. That way you can keep the "glossiness" of the product but you dont have to have disturbing reflections that take away to much from the image/product. Here is two examples.
