This tiramisu recipe has a perfect balance of the cake and cream part, it's perfect to make decoration and use as a birthday cake.
Recipe for a 15cm diameter mold:
2 egg yolks
40g sugar
50ml milk
150g mascarpone cheese
100g whipped cream with 10-20g sugar
4g gelatine (about 2 leaves or 1.5 tsp gelatine powdered)
Coffee to brush:
1.5 tsp pure coffee powdered
2 tbsp hot water
1.5 tsp Rum
Topping: 20g cocoa powdered

If you don't have an oven or a hand mixer you can use samba/lady fingers that are sold at the stores, or you can use your hand like this video: • Cách đánh bông lòng tr... and use steam method. The cream spray may be not so soft, so you can use a whisk instead of spatula to make it easier.
The gelatine used to freeze the cream and take the cake out, but if don't have you can leave it in a cup.
