Ingredients
* Sponge Fingers
* 5 Egg yolk
* 7 TBS powdered sugar
* 2/3 Vanilla sugar
* 100 or more gr. Butter
* 500gr. Mascarpone
* Whipped cream
* 5 Egg white
* Coffee
* Rum (2 TBS optional)
* Tiramisu liquor (2 TBS optional)
1st STEP MIX:
Egg yolk + powdered sugar + vanilla sugar + butter
Then add the Mascarpone & the whipped cream.
Mean while: use a mixer to make the egg white a perfect mousse, and then add it to the composition.
CREME IS READY.
The sponge fingers soaked in coffee are added in your tray and on top add the cream.
OR: in the version for ADULTS ONLY, you can mix together the coffee + Rum & the liquor together and then add the cream.
The decorations are a mystery up to everyone :)
I just use the classic way with cacao on top.
