Girl!! I was so excited after you said you watched Robert Welsh's video on applying cushion foundation, but it was probably the first one he did. He did another one very recently...I say this bc the biggest mistake I see is putting the puff to cushion, then straight to the face. Use the palette (inner cover) to even it out on the puff and remove excess product first, this allows you to apply a thin even layer... also with this puff he just used 2 fingers, this one is more narrow than the typical round cushions and puffs

I think you're around a 31 in Korean foundation. The "deep" photo you showed is from old adverts, with the first expansion of 6 shades 29n was the darkest shade at the time. They now have 30 shades, with the darkest being 55n

Do you wear any MAC foundations? Also I heard this oxidises

Does it transfer a lot

We have a similar skin tone and undertone. I think I can be a bit lighter than you though (my skin goes from pale af to dark it’s wild). This foundation oxidises like shit and oxidises warmer so you got the wrong shade. There are no cool tones for our skin either to counter this so I’d recommend 31N. Even normally, with an actual good Korean foundation (tirtir has ass undertones for the shades they have so not many people can use it), I’m anywhere from #27 to #31. Definitely get 31 if you can because this brands mid tones are all RED AF when they oxidise

Its too deep for your face and doesnt match at all your body.. hehe you got afraid of getting a shade too light and end up too dark 😅 it happens. I wish to see the lighter shade on you.
