That 5th season was just sad. The first half was pretty good but that Christmas episode was bittersweet because that was basically the last time the group was all in the same set, then Gina was in one more episode after but after that was gone for a lot of episodes. Martin looked different that second half of the season like he was under a lot of stress, he didn’t play his iconic characters as much he did Sheneneh one last time and that was it, the story shifted from Martin and Gina to Martin and Pam in Gina’s absence. I just hated how it all ended from that, cause that show could’ve went at least another 2 years.

She's best friend with Tichina Arnold (Pam). After the show went off the air, Martin and Tichina was on Big Momma's House and they played husband and wife on Wild Hogz.

Martin was never the same after the Martin show. He continued to do standup comedy and make movies, but he was never really the same. He was probably prescribed medication that altered him. Its unfortunate because he was one of the funniest comedians on Earth.

There was never, has never been, and will never be another show with the chemistry between cast members that Martin and Tisha had. It was extraordinary and they were the image of the relationship we all wanted. Dwayne is a hater and was jealous of Tisha's success and her on-screen chemistry with Martin. I think Dwayne is a manipulator and a narcissist. More than anything, Tisha should regret marrying Dwayne, but now she is tired, angry, and worst of all, living out the script she read on A Different World all those years ago because of Dwayne's g_y affairs with WS and others. The truth is Martin loved, looked out for, respected, and tried to protect Tisha more than her own husband did.

I think that Martin and Tisha went through young people problems. You know the problems that pop-up when young and don't really know how to deal with new situations. For example, like when you like somebody and they know you like them and you like them to but you just don't know how to deal with the situation. You just don't know what to do especially when another person comes in the picture. Remember when Chris Brown was in a relationship with Rhianna and Karrueche. For some people it hard enough not knowing how to be in a relationship one person, but now two people. Young people and relationship, how many of us got it right the first? How females and males have actually been train to deal with this. When you just don't know what to do you will find yourself acting out until you get answers. I will say this to a women when a man is chasing her it can be taken the wrong way. Especially, if the man doesn't know what the right way is in her mind. A guy's aggression can sometimes be a call for help. A call saying help me do this right way not the wrong way. But if the women doesn't understand his call it may come across as harassment. Tisha aggression could have been a call for love me as a friend only but provide me with what I need. Friends hook up friends.

Why did Duane Martin had to push her to go to the execs to make the changes to the show’s dynamic. No longer doin in bed scenes, or scenes where they look intimate.
