The only time I saw them at the Barwon Club in Geelong (where I live) was when I was looking through the local gig guide and they had a band advertised in tiny print as tisn. I thought hmmm, because I knew they had announced shows in melbourne, but none in geelong so I rang and asked if it was a spelling mistake. turns out it was and it was a warm up gig for their tour. the venue was tiny and wasn't even sold out.

There must be an 'anti-matter' version of TISM in the North-West suburbs of Melbourne - based around Essendon/Pascoe Vale/Glenroy/Footscray. Traditionally culturally something of a waste-land (sorry Simon Madden, Paul VanDerHaar, Terry Daniher) but geez, I wish I hadda bought there 20 yrs ago.
