great review, i have one of these and it's worth the money. One "PRO TIP" from me, when only using some of the weights I use a piece pvc pipe and a washer as a spacer to keep the weight at the Bottom of the kettlebell.

Great review! Probably the most honest, most realistic product review I've ever viewed on the internet!

Thanks for pointing out the amount of plates being used between Titan vs KBK. Had no idea. I, too, would rather have the one with less plates to change out.

I just got mine today. I don't mind the imperfections so much. Great review

I have just paid the extra for KBK. First of all, the KBK have better handle geometry...its more rectangular like genuine completion bells. The Titan handle is more curved or rounded corners making the window width also narrower. I have used bells with this geometry before and they didn't fit right. As for the finish?...sure, some people might live with the imperfections for 100 bucks less....but what if the imperfections aren't just cosmetic??....what if the cast itself isn't 100% solid? As far as I know, there is only a one year warranty with Titan whereas KBK gives a lifetime warranty with their bells......maybe that's something to read into too about the quality and longevity of each product?

I've used kettlebells with the rounder handle shape they give you more places to grab on the rounded edges if you like fooling around like juggling. But I prefer the KBK because it locks you into that pocket and doesn't move for cleans, jerks and snatches. But I think the Titan brand would be better for 2hand swing & Turkish getups because of the bigger window it will sit further down on your forearm.

@@gavriel4137 I agree about the handle on KBK "locking you in" better. But my experience for TGU would be be different to yours. The KBK still wins for me for TGU, but that's not going against your opinion. I know that all our hands are arms can be different. The KBK bell not alone finds and locks my grip in better...it also allows the bell to sit more comfortably on my forearm too for cleans and presses....so obviously for TGU too as its in the press position for the whole movement. I do agree that the rounder handle feel better for hand to hand swings, but this difference is small. I can see what you mean about the rounder grip would be better for juggling too. I don't juggle, but when I do figure 8s it was a lot easier with the more rounded grip in the corner of the handle to grab onto. But I got used to the change in style on the KBK and I rather a better clean position for pressing and TGU than for juggling/figure 8s. Also I noted that the squarer KBK handle has a little more room for 2 handed swings. Again, the difference is small so there is no clear winner in closing either bell for swings. One other thing that might be important for people investing in a kettlebell. I don't know about the titan adjustable bell version, but my non adjustable type round handle competition bells were of a mirror polished steel. While it's super smooth against callouses, the grip can get comprised if your hands get sweaty. You can use chalk, but it won't stick to the handle as it has no pores. The KBK is a more courser design. Not too course to tear your hands up, but course enough to not compromise your grip and if you do use chalk as there are pores where the chalk will adhere too. So the KBK is a clear winner for grip even when you look at it after taking it out of the packaging.

Nice kettle bell but it Lois like a pain to change weightspecially when doing workouts. How do u like it so far? Iam still waiting for the ironmaster handle to be in stock. Just like the fact that u can change weight very fast

Not as finished as kettlebell king adjustable one, probably a bit less expensive. Right!

I threw my Titan Kettlebell in my building's dumpster when I learned the Titans are the Demons locked away in Hell that will be released briefly during the Last Days (Or Close of the Era). Lost $100 on that as shipping it back would have cost me more that Titan was going to refund me. On the front of the Kettlebell is a picture of a Titan Demon. This isn't merely Greek Mythology, this is real. I bought a Kettlebell USA Kettlebell instead.

I just bought one and I wish I had watched this video first. It's stupid the plates don't come labeled, and they do not instruct their customers that they will need a wrench - you basically cannot adjust them without a wrench. I don't care about their appearance, but the fact that the plates are not labeled gets on my nerves.

Fit and finish seems a little worse for wear than the kbk. But hey $100 less, i could get over it
