To this day, Titanic still holds up as one of the greatest movies in cinema history. My Heart Will Go On is a song but it’s also about love and tragedy. The cinematography is incredible, the model of the Titanic is incredible and the chemistry between Rose and Jack was excellent. One of my all time favorite movies and my top 3 movies of the 1990s.

My mother took me to watch titanic...it was my first movie in the theater, 1997...what a moment...i wasnt old enough to understand the drama in the movie, didnt even know english at the time (i'm from Brazil) so i didnt know the meaning of the song neither. Now i am 30 years old, lost my Mom a few months ago to Cancer...Jesus the pain is so strong sometimes...and now i'm here listening to this song...remembering this great moment and so many others of my beloved teacher, my beloved mother...i miss her so much. But like the song says...my heart will go on...just the way she taught me, loving jesus above all else and caring for people.

The movie will be 25 years old this 2022 and there has not been, in my opinion, any movie that causes many emotions at the same time. I never saw a film such as this one. When I got to the end I just sat there looking at the credits, not reading in utter amazement of what I had just seen. My emotions were flying everywhere and I felt drained and like someone had just punched me in the stomach. I couldn’t even drive one mile to my gym an hour later. This has taken the spot of best movie I’ve ever seen and probably ever see. James Cameron is a mastermind.
