It's beautiful, captures the feel, but it's not exact

The dome is just fabulous.

While it is similar, this staircase borrows more elements from the original design of her sister ship, the RMS Britannic, before she was transformed into HMHS Britannic, a hospital ship during World War I. Also, I believe she means the rotunda of the United States Capitol building, as the White House, to my knowledge, does not have a domed rotunda. Also, many people have said this already, but it is not SS Titanic, but RMS Titanic as she was a Royal Mail Steamer, carrying mail for the British government, hence the title of RMS. But all in all, a beautiful, if not exact, recreation. Sincerely, a Titanic history nerd

Wasn’t the stair case made of Oak? Regardless the staircase definitely captures the feel of the Olympic class grand stair case, it’s beautiful.

As you can tell by the comparison the stairs weren’t center carpeted and the blatant exclusion of the center rail. Also the statue was only on the center rail it never had two statues. Even then those statues aren’t the cherub statue anyways

Would've looked better if it was more exact. looks like a tacky walmart version of the grand staircase. Apart from the dome, it's not really comparable to Titanic.

If I had enough money I would make literally the exact replica of the grand staircase from top to bottom and then on the bottom would be a Turkish bath in a swimming pool and every floor would be exactly what Titanic floor would have in it so would be a house but it will look exactly like Titanic now all I got to do is come up with a ton of fucking money... Aside from the wrought iron balustrades and the carving details; this staircase is NOT at ALL a replica of the Staircase on the RMS Olympic or Titanic. 0:39 - "The research that went into every little detail making this staircase EXACTLY like what was on the Titanic..." = FAKE NEWS! How is this a replica of the Grand Staircase on the doomed vessel? I can clearly see that the Titanic Staircase INSPIRED this one but to say it is a replica (yet alone an EXACT replica) is simply incorrect. I also laughed that the narrator boasted about the Mahogany wood - the Titanic's Staircase was Oak.

The dome is only accurate for the aft grand staircase not the forward one because the forward dome was oval and the aft dome was circle!

5 years ? It took less to fit the real RMS TITANIC out with hand tools. Lovely room but it’s not an exact replica. Dimensions are wrong,colouring is wrong. Class dome well done.

It is great but: 1. She keeps referring the Titanic as a “movie" and not a real thing! Jack Dawson isn't real lady. I may forgive you if you mention Maggie or John Jacob Astor instead! 2. Its not even close to the Titanic but she keep referring the staircase as “exact" replica but it isn't. 3. There's no known pictures of Grand Staircase of Titanic so its Olympic's And SS and RMS is basically acceptable like SS Mauretania/SS Aquitania(1916)
