The second time the light fell off would be enough for me. Fasten a gear checkoff list on your bike. AND buy some shoelaces (and spares). "For want of a nail, the horse lost a shoe" You must finish the race to win!

Awesome set up, buddy. Not sure what your preference of fishing is, but you can get a telescoping fishing pole that you'd be able to carry about on your bike with relative ease. Hopefully, you're a better fisherman than I am. And I'm certain you are since I'm the worst fisherman on earth.

How about getting a couple of pieces of old inner tube and put them over the clip on the light? It will increase the pressure and friction to keep it in place. : )

Have you tried sleeping with a head-net. I'm able to sleep with my cycling cap on which provides enough of a peak to, sufficiently, keep the net off my face. I also sleep slightly warmer, probably because the air is slightly warmed from being partly trapped. Give it a try it might stop your face being bitten.

Hi Vinnie, that is exactly what I do sleep with a merino wool cap on, as you say it keeps the net from smothering you too much & keeps the warmth in a bit more. unfortunately, I've lost my headnet somewhere but just got a new one from ebay cheap :) thanks for the great comment, all the best. peace

hi luke good video you would of thought thay would of made there laces alot stronger being the amount of wear and tear thay go though. I look forward to seeing more videos soon stay safe Luke

When you set up the tarp do you just angle it towards what you think is going to be the prevailing wind? Always inspiring videos! 😀

Yes indeed, I try to get the rear of the setup against the wind, often the wind changes by the morning so when I'm not filming I lower the tarp a bit too 👍

Was that a Snugpak SF bivvy. I hear that they are good but some reports say that the zip keeps coming down all night long

Hi, yes it's the snugpak one, I've never had any issue with the zip coming open during a night away. it works well. peace

Plain green tarps are snugpak ones, camo tarp is made by DD

Loosing subscribers is due to the annoying ads that cannot be skipped for 15 secs both at the start and randomly throughout. Nobody wants that crap and it completely ruins the videos. Thats why I un-subbed. Stop the ads and ill re-sub

I don't control adverts, I only control mid-roll adds. If I don't put any adverts myself KZfaq put them on anyway and I get no money at all. I get £38 per month which is terrible, if only 0.1% of viewers donated £1 a month It would more than compensate. This is hard work for a free entertainment & I deserve some money from it. The more adds a video has the more KZfaq promotes it, I've gained 55 subs from this video lost 3. Again, it's not my choice to have adds, it's google being a bugger. I hate adds too chap don't worry
