It's fair enough to call Andreas Haimer a hero of it's kind. The first minutes by themself are evidence. Friendly and kind, open to present his company and always evolving the peak of technology and open up their facility and show the details of their production line, assembly.... I'm glad of heroes like him, especially from, with and for Germany.

The enthusiasm of the CEO is amazing, that's for that they are the best in their field

Thanks a lot for sharing - I really hope that a lot of fellow Germans watch this and realize the potential of German Engineering and the benefit of choosing to learn, study, and get the chance to help create the future we all want to live in. Fantasy, Knowledge, and Cooperation are the keys to success in a globalized world. It is also nice to see, that German Manufacturers understand the importance of Channels like yours are as important or even more important than their regular PR-Channels (fares, mailings etc.) since KZfaq reaches more young people with a special interest in all kinds of technology and a company like Haimer can show the "human-side" of the high tech industry.

Thank you for the great inside tour. We use all Haimer shrink fit, balancer and presenter. Great to see how everything is made. I have to look into their new tool management systems and smart vending machines as well. We only keep track of our tools with an excel sheet and always have problems to keep track of it.

I really applaud u, your team, and the businesses that open up for u!! When i started this journey it was a "don't tell, don't show, no cameras", signing dnda's, nda's, just to work at some of these shops. Don't give away company secrets type stuff... I love this trade as much as the next guy/gal, and seeing it, seeing the open doors, different processes, machines, technology, floor layouts, fixtures, ect is exciting!! Y'all effin rock!!

Documentation is not only important for the customer , it makes the life of the machinist so much easier! Nothing is worse than walking up to a complicated, copy exact part , that has to match the last batch 100%, down to the step over on the surface finish, and not having a proper setup sheet, traveler, or documentation.

Still waiting for our top of the line Haimer Presetter and Shrink fit to get into our shop! I can't wait!

Boom! It was pleasure to have Titan visit our production facility in Germany again to see the latest and greatest from HAIMER.

I went to the DMG Mori open house in Pfronten in February, and we were fortunate enough to take an afternoon/ evening up to Igenhausen (probably butchered the spelling) and Haimer is so dialed in on their processes and quality management, it’s nothing short of amazing. They also have an amazing apprenticeship program for young people entering the industry, and really invest in the next generation just like they do with their quality👍🏻👍🏻

Great video, back-stage pass is always the best 😊 Knowledge is power, the advantage of documenting all kinds of flows in a company saves you money and you detect problems much sooner and correct it, when the process is still running. Better then when you see in your post-calculation that you've earned less. Great job Titan, what is next on your Europe programm?

With a variety of tool data management systems available today (TDM, Wintool, etc...), what are the advantages that made you choose Haimer?

if there are two identical tools - besides the wear of these. can you configure the tool change in a way that the tools are not changed in the middle of a job? Or so, that one customer job use one set of tools and another customer job another set of tool?
