The fact that this home is 17,000 sqft yet appears to be so homely is a tremendous compliment to all those involved in the design; from the architects to the interior designers to the film crew... What an exquisite house... and with a modest driveway and a lovely garden - large but not acres and acres. It’s very well proportioned. At £15m (advertised) I’d say honestly it’s a bit rich, but at £10m-£12m a buyer couldn’t feel hard done by... which is what I imagine it probably traded close to... Wishing the lucky owners the best for their future in this wonderful home

@@JC-pc1xz without being rude, trust me, this level of the market is totally disconnected from the market up to a million, let’s say. I’ll give you another example. Windlesham Court was listed for £24.5m and sold for £12.5m. This section of the market is predicated on unfathomable *potential* margins, but very often traded with more realistic margins.

@@JC-pc1xz you’re entitled to your opinion my friend. I’m not trying to convince you. But I’d bet a lot of money it didn’t sell for >£13m, and probably close to £12m. Perhaps £10m was punchy.

Absolutely stunning property and Interior design. Like a Dream House. Loved the Video quality... should have been a little longer giving more details.. It would have been a feast to watch..
