That is sweet of you to say. I know what you mean, we have a family member who used to give most of her money to her leech boyfriends and buy her self expensive leather jackets and more cartons of cigarettes than she needed in a month, while her kids never got anything for Christmas or any other day. My husband and I actually re enrolled one of her sons in school because she quit taking him and my husband took him to school every morning along with our kids. We had to twist her arm to get him an Xbox he wanted for Christmas (she had the means to pay for it without it hurting her wallet). I know there's nothing I can really do about how they were brought up be we tried to help where we could. I just didn't want her to completely try to drop all of her responsibility on us so we had to back up a bit. I will definitely be saving a little at a time to get my bag, if my husband had his way he would order it for me tonight but I really don't want to take a hit like that all at once. You are right the closer I get to being debt free the better I feel :)

I am sorry to hear that. I can't imagine how hard that was but the way you describe him you both loved each other a lot and I can tell he was your everything. I am glad you enjoyed the adventure :) I hope you enjoy the next one I bring you on :D

Yeah, I was really obsessed with Winnie the Pooh, so my husband actually surprised me with a Winnie the Pooh diaper bag I was eyeing at Mervyn's. It wasn't until my second kid that I quit using diaper bags and was like, "I want a designer bag for my baby." lol Now that they are grown though I am looking at downsizing to a nice cross body for my wallet and w/e crap they try to poke in to my bag lol.

Yeah trucking is definitely a good line of work to be in, we have a friend who was a trucker until he rolled his truck. (He actually made the news in St Louis) He would be gone almost 2 weeks at a time and had a new born baby at home, so I know his wife had to be exhausted. Adding homeschool to that would have been the final nail in her coffin lol.
