I hope the ref has learned from this experience and not to call breaks too quickly. Especially when two fighters are still fighting for position in the clinch.

Wtf.. someone tell this ref that the clinch is part of Muay Thai.. he CLEARLY disadvantaged Petch

Embree pretty much just tried to punch and kicked low.. those strikes are the lowest rated in muay thai as far as i know. Petchboonchu was the aggressor the whole time, clearly won the clinch exchanges, scored well with knees, kicks to the body and trips/sweeps, had perfect balance/posture/and technique. this was a muay khao domination. if u dont like the rules/scoring system go watch kickboxing.
