Will this fit a 97 HD Road King with 12in standard apes? Also is the inside of the primer fairing also primer or is at black?

We have tested this fairing with a variety of Apes and had no problems. It is not guaranteed, but we are confident it will work. Yes this fairing will work with your 97 Road King!

We make a bike specific fairing for the fat bob because of the double headlight. Bike specific is always best because of the more tailored fit it offers. Bike specific is like a tailored suit vs universal being something off the shelf that doesn’t look as crisp. What brand are the stereo & speakers? Thx

For the stereo, I don't know. But the speakers have their own logo (Tsukayu) and it says they are marine. They may be water resistant, but certainly they are not waterproof. As for the amplifier used in my fairing, it is a TEAC TE-MD4. the only info I could get on it is in Russian or Ukrainian. It appears to be a car amp. Overall I'd say my fairing is an OK quality. It lasted for years and only now I am planning to change the speakers. After what I've seen when opened up my fairing, I don't think I will go for marine grade speakers.
