Project today, I will build PWM module using TL494, you can also use KA7500. It is similar. This module can be used for boost converter, buck converter or iron transformer inverter, pulse transformer inverter, it also has voltage feedback and current feedback. with 2 working modes. Later I will build more circuits using this versatile module. It can drive a maximum of about 16 mosfet - 5000W. If you want to use more, add totem pole drive

Hey I just want to know how to check this module without building an inverter or SMPS?? Also in the circuit diagram , both emitters of s8850 are connected to GND but it's different in pcb layout as per orientation shown in the video. Pls help I have to complete it

wow can tl494 drive 16 mosfet without totom pole that's good it seems that tl494 is better than sg3525 . any way you are handsome brow. but i dont understand whats the work of the jumper??? is it used as switch or what ??? and thank you so much for all your videos .

Use Jump to switch working mode. This jump can be configured for enabling the output of the IC in the push-pull mode or single ended mode.

With pulse transformers, the resistance of the primary and secondary windings is very small. Under 1 ohm

This circuit have minor problem of Protection Facility Don't have Inductor and diode protection. So it's not for real use Suitable for Practicing only *must include PTC" for Real protection

Thanks, made buck-boost in the same time , can step up and step down voltage in one circuite or module of course have CC mode and has feedback for voltage and current.

:) Ok but what is input voltage, what is output voltage, what is efficiency? And this circuit only for incandescent bult or resistances. If you connect this circuit to adapter, motor or an electronic device, that device will fail. (because 53kHz is to high for IN4007 of inside devices)

If it is a square wave inverter, use a 12V transformer. If modified inverter sine, use transformer 9V. If it is sine inverter, use 7V.

You can use H bridge and EGS002 module. Generator output is rectified by diode bridge to 310VDC and fed to H bridge using EGS002. you will get true sine 50 / 60HZ - 110V / 220V (selectable) and voltage stability

Frequency is adjustable. If you use pulse transformer, I suggest 40Khz frequency, if using iron transformer, choose frequency 50 or 60hz.

Use buck circuit to supply VCC power to the module. It will operate at 48V.

dear you can re wind any small old ferrite core transformer with some calculations. i had wound one e15 transformer with 3 turns in primary and 100 turns in secondary and tested it at 50 KHz, i got about 1600 V Dc from 12 volt dc.

If you design correctly, they are similar. TL494 has 2 comparators, so it is suitable for circuits that need to feedback current and voltage. for example buck circuit

If you use 6 mosfet IRF3205, it can work continuously with almost no warming.
