I really don't know how an individual could support the IDF when they do this. This is such a clear point of evidence that they do not give a care to the civilian death toll and their military is incredibly undisciplined. Regardless of your position on Palestinian nationhood, this shit is inexcusable especially since this is definitely not an isolated case.

No one thinks the IDF on their own will get hostages... The IDF is a negotiation tool for a deal with Hamas to free the hostages (which is the only plausible way they can come back alive). Israelis know that, hence they protest for the government to actually do right and **bring them home**.

Militarily, Israel can invade Rafah tomorrow and theoretically "win." The real question is reputation. It's the "I've won, but at what cost?" situation. Reputation issues are bad enough now, they're going to get way worse in a few more months. And it's not like Israel can puff up its chest and say they can continue on their own without international support on anything.

I warned in October in this channel about the possibility of Israel losing their main goal in the hunger of revenge. The futher the October 7th goes and much more Israel is unable to show some concrete good results of this war in comparison to the damage they caused, Israel has little hope to end this war in their terms.

That all depends on the real goals of the operation. If your goal is to push the Palestinians out of Gaza, the IDF is doing fairly well at it. Netanyahu has never been shy about his desire to have settlements throughout the area, and you have Kushner in the US talking about beachside resorts in Gaza. I remain unconvinced that this wasn't the Israeli government's goal all along.

In the 1st 30 seconds I heard a falsehood. Hamas has stated that there are fewer than 40 hostages alive in Gaza. There are not more than 100 hostages missing, there are more than 60 hostages who are dead.

This is a little click baity imo. They are def losing the pr war but they don’t care as they now view Hamas as existential threat more then anything else which hurts pr. Militarily tho they’re def completing objectives as they currently control like 80% of strip, rockets fired by Hamas have stopped, and they’re only operational in Rafah. Two very diff questions imo and vary on importance depending on who you ask

PR is extremely important in war, especially domestic and that of allies that supply you. Bad PR is the sole reason why the US lost in Vietnam and Afghanistan.

@@jascrandom9855 That would be domestic PR you’re talking about, quite a different thing from international pressure. It took like three years for anyone to do anything about Yugoslavia? And the international community basically just let the Rwandan genocide burn itself out. I don’t think the current situation in Gaza is quite to that level of escalation/brutality mind you, but just pointing out that the international community isn’t actually all that important. If your cause still has strong, domestic support, a more recent example would be Russia and Ukraine.

The original rates were hundreds to thousands per day reaching Tel Aviv constantly. There’s been a lot of graphs and stats showing how much it stopped since early days of fighting

@@jascrandom9855 that’s different an not comparable and as the other commentator said was home pr. All polls show in Israel is that across spectrum support for war is super high. Afghanistan for example was continents away and lasted for 20 years without much change of the population attitude to democracy and was viewed as just a waste of resources and people for a cause that no longer mattered. if Afghanistan was launching countless rockets and attacks for years and bordered USA major cities I guarantee you the result would’ve been very different. As for international pr like ya it matters but is a bit overrated as seen for the most unpopular countries in world rn(Iran and North Korea) who still survive and get their objectives met a lot while Israel which is a lot less isolated and more advanced should be able to level any backlash if they needed to. Its a Palestinian pipe dream that an international force will come and invade Israel to help them esp since Israel is a nuclear power

palestinians- "we dont have any bunkers under el shifa". bunker under al shifa . "israel built it in the 1980s". even though israel handed the gaza city to the PLO in 1993,comletely withdrew from the strip in 2005,and the buidling on top of the bonquer is a newer donation from qatar(no one noticed it while digging for foundations...) and they built a recent cars shed over the entry...palestinian explanations...😂

no, Ramadan is actually the best time for Hamas, because it makes them ideologically strong. They believe that Ramadan is the time for fighting, because that is what their religion teaches. This is why there was an ISIS attack in Russia. Ramadan is the time for Jihad. Also it is not your idea of fasting. They have two huge meals at night and early in the morning. So they are not hungry. It's like when you skip meals, a fasting without starving.

Would be good to see a video about what it would look like if west just got sick of all the Iran proxy wars and went full on war with Iran. Cite UK, USA Israel and Iran's readiness for war, and effect on their economies etc. Then also another video alongside explaining what would happen to the region if the west doesn't go to war with Iran, and what this does to Iran's ever increasing influence in the region. Basically a scenario vs scenario analysis on a situation where, either way, there doesnt seem to be any good outcomes.

Yes, they know it is wrong, and many will pity the plight of the Palestinians, but no country can risk being isolated by the US and the West. So short answer: Israel is winning resoundingly over the Palestinians.

Israel doesn't allow UN members in at least not since the start of the war, prior to that Israel was also hostile to the UN because they were in breach of at least 14 resolutions I believe so either way Israel wouldn't allow it and the UN can't force themselves in even on the behalf of the Palestinians since the West Bank is still militarily occupied by Israel.

The problem is that Hamas has a great propaganda team, The civilian death count is coming from Hamas which is one of the waring parties which is not a reliable source and of course is super biased. Its weird that everyone knows to not use Ukraine or Russia death count numbers but when it comes to this conflict its ok to use Hamas's, Most people don't know much about this conflict and its history and just follow which ever side they see the best propaganda from and currently Hamas has the best propaganda.

The exact numbers don't matter, just see the footage of what has happened to gaza and thats proof enough that thousands of civilians have been killed. Also there are hundreds of testimonies from Palestinian victims of Israeli war crimes, describing the conditions they were kept. Having exact statistics is irrelevant in this level of catastrophic event
