I'm 52 and weight loss is a struggle! It was never easy for me but in my 50s, the scale barely changes. I'm thrilled you found a system that works for you 🙂

I have to admit, I'm stunned by the results. I feel like I'm eating SO much food, but I'm losing weight and I can see I'm smaller. It's so gratifying, and maybe the TLS program will do the same for you. The book is relatively inexpensive and is also on Kindle Prime! Worth a look. 💜💜💜

@@amethystaherrickI will take a look, thanks! I eat low carb to help manage my diabetes and I recently started moving toward KETO in solidarity with my husband, who has BP2.

This certainly has a keto feel to it! There is also the weight training, though - so it's more than diet. I suspect the bigger contributor is weight training! 💜
