हमने कारागार (विचारों की जेल)की बेड़ियों को आभूषण भी मान लिया है! फिर आभूषण को गर्व से स्वीकार करते हैं कि हम इसे वैसे नही वल्कि उत्तम कुल के बड़े आदमी हैं,आदि आदि! अगर कोई कहे कि बुद्धिहीन हो! तब बहुत नाराज भी ही जायेंगे!!! जबकि बुद्ध और बुद्धि....ये दो ही वास्तविक जातियां हैं!!! स्व बोध की भूमिका तभी सुरु होती है जब संसार स्वप्न/दुखालय को स्वप्न/दुखालय ही मानें! यह संसार में कोई कितना ही बड़ा सम्राट हो जाय मगर ये 5 कांटे सदा चुभते ही रहते हैं:- भ्रांति,जड़ता,संताप,पल पल परिवर्तनशीलता,trasna. जब तक संसार को हम झूठा/निसार न जानेंगे तब तक साधन की तरफ चित्त कैसे जायेगा?????? संसार तो पल पल मृत्यु से निरंतर गुजर रहा है!!!!इस fact पर खयाल करना होगा! क्राउड से दूर होकर एकांत,मौन में रहना भी सीखें तो समझ विकसित हो सकती है और तब अंतर्मुखी होने की प्रेरणा संभव है! अभी एक ही साधन जरूरी है कि,"यह भी चला जायेगा!!!" यानी कि यह भी मर जायेगा!

स्वयं को संस्कार-बद्ध विचार और मन की कहानियों-धारणाओं के जरिये न जानना/मानना, इसके झूठेपन को देखते रहना और उससे मुक्त होना, यह सबसे व्यावहारिक बात है! इन वार्ताओं में सिर्फ संकेत-इशारा किया जा सकता है, कार्य तो आपको स्वयं करना है...

If somebody abuses us, how we react or what to do?

One can watch how one reacts in these situations and learn from there. There can't be any guideline or predication or prior decision about what one is going to do in such situations as it will depend on the understanding of the person at that moment. One can begin an inquiry with these questions: "Who" is getting hurt? What is hurt? What is the entity who gets hurt and reacts?

समग्र प्रज्ञा से निकला निर्णय द्वंद्व नहीं लाता...समग्र प्रज्ञा में ध्यानपूर्वक मुक्त अवलोकन, चिन्तन-मनन, स्मृति सबका योगदान होता है...वहाँ कोई विभाजन रेखा नहीं होती...

What j. Krishnamurty said about spirituality? He believed in "Aatma" ?

His whole teachings are an exploration into fundamental questions of life and discovering a new dimension beyond our conditioning. Whether we call it 'spirituality' or search for the essence (which may perhaps be referred as 'Aatma') does not matter much. Defined categories within the field of language are usually problematic and need to be "de-constructed" and understood beyond the words...
