ತಾಯಿ ತಕ್ಷಣ ಎದ್ದು ನಿಂತರು. ಮನೆಗೆ ಮರಳಿದರು. ಅಂದೇ ಮನೆಯ ಮುಂದೆ ಇಲ್ಲಿ ನೃತ್ಯ ಕಲಿಸಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ ಎಂಬ ಫಲಕ ಬರೆದು ಅಂಟಿಸಿದರು. ಸಾಲಗಾರರಿಗೆಲ್ಲ ಸಮಯ ಕೇಳಿದರು. ಮೊದಲ ವರ್ಷ ಬಹಳ ಕಷ್ಟ ಅನುಭವಿಸಿದರು. ಆದರೆ ದೃಢ ಸಂಕಲ್ಪವಿತ್ತು. ಬರಬರುತ್ತ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ ಬೆಳೆಯಿತು. ಈಗ ಇಪತ್ತೈದು ವರ್ಷದ ಸಾರ್ಥಕ ವಾರ್ಷಿಕೋತ್ಸವ ಅವರ 'ನನ್ನ ಪುನರ್ಜನ್ಮದಾತರು ನನ್ನ ಮಕ್ಕಳು' ಎಂಬ ಮಾತು ಎಷ್ಟು ಸತ್ಯವಲ್ಲವೇ ? ಒಮ್ಮೊಮ್ಮೆ ರೈಲು ತಡವಾಗಿ ಬರುವುದೂ ಒಳ್ಳೆಯದೇ ಅಲ್ಲವೇ ?
