I've been dealing with TMJ/Temporalis pain from wearing my mask and clenching my teeth at work. This stretch feels SO good and brings such relief. Thank you for the info!

Had a mild TBI in ‘99 and just figured out my temples were cause of most my discomfort few years ago after asking ChatGPT. After massaging temples for few months I felt like a completely new person
