also you knw things are getting extreme when Shailesh Loda left the show. He also said that producer is not allowing cast to work somewhere else.

It's so disgusting that he didn't let Kavi sir lose weight just for the sake of the show (if this is true) ! How can he let someone compromise their health and endanger their life just so he keeps earning money? It's so sad to think that Kavi sir could still have been alive if he lost a few kgs and improved his health. He seems to be extremely greedy and evil.

Well from the recent incidents we can definitely say that Asit's pressure was also a playing factor leading to his demise. They always try to show tarrak Mehta as a family show with Asit's cameo clips even when it is not required. That itself shows that they are trying to hide some black side of the show in whichever way possible.

@@lokendernagar290 yea but in the beginning she clearly said even the lead actors are harrassed and maybe that's why Daya isn't coming back. And she said that even Dilip ji was mistreated but sometimes Asit Modi would listen to his complaints. I agree he has more power than the rest of the actors but to what extent can he change things? Actors are helpless in front of producers. Jennifer said some of them would try to shield her from Asit Modi but they would laugh it off as a joke because they couldn't actually do anything. Ultimately he is the ones paying him and they have to obey him. Listening to these interviews it is clear the production team lack basic compassion and empathy, they love to dominate and suppress other actors and they won't change because of Dilip ji..I am definitely not defending him but he has been struggling in the industry for many years and it is only this show that gave him so much money and recognition maybe that's why he is remaining silent.
