I've been waiting years to get this series on dvd about time!!!

I can't wait to watch the 2003 version of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles all over again on DVD when it comes out next month before TMNT: Mutant Mayhem in August. I will also rewatch the 2012 reboot on DVD as well.

TMNT 2003 Is the best animated version of the turtles! I'm so happy It has returned for all to enjoy once more. This show is one of the main reasons most fans love the turtles along with the 1987 version of course. Lets also not forget the 1990 TMNT and 2009 Turtles Forever movies celebrating their successes. It's good to see it preserved this way. Now the turtles can continue to inspire more. Even if it keeps getting rebooted, at most the classics will live on as well. There's even a new movie now, Mutant Mayhem. With the Last Ronin being the latest big success for the turtles, it's good to see that they will continue being in all our hearts.

The Akedo crossover was something I never expected. Mr. Potato head crossover was interesting too if all 4 turtles and shredder was included. Finally, the 2003 series is fully collected in one set. Also nice special Funko Pop’s for the Last ronin TMNT series.

I'm so happy it's finally getting a DVD set I don't think the last season ever got a home release outside of streaming. I do wonder will it be the uncut Forever movie? And will it have Mayhem from Mutant Island if they at least have that ep made out of the shorts that would actually be really cool since I feel it would probably normally be ignored. Edited: the Amazon page says it's the edited movie sadly 😢

Two things. It's about time the 2k3 series got a full series release. We almost had it all the way back when the show was current, but 4Kids had Funimation as a DVD distributor (the irony, right?) and they had a massive falling out when only up to season 2 part 1 was released. I'm surprised Nick didn't give the rights to Shout back when they had the license for other Nicktoons, as Nick actually owns that series. I just wish there was a lower price point version that JUST had the first 5 seasons. Secondly, those 2-pack TMNT '12 figures were released in the US exclusively at Dollar Tree a few years back, but they only had the four Turtles and Shredder.

Does anyone know if the rough cut of "Master Fighter 2105" from the proposed second season of TMNT: Fast Forward is included in the 2003 DVD set? I hope that it is since it never got a release on DVD before. Also, I hope that the short series "Mayhem From Mutant Island" is included and the uncut version of Turtles Forever since it neither of got a release on Region 1 DVD at all. Also, I hope that some bonus features are included as well. I always looked forward to them on the individual DVD releases of the 2003 cartoon.

I know James Rolfe AKA AVGN will be very happy about this! Around a decade ago he did a video where he rants about TMNT 1987 & TMNT 2003 having very confusing releases like TMNT 1987 going up to Season 8 then stopping and then TMNT 2003 always starting,stopping and then starting all over. Now the confusion is finally over as now both shows have complete series box sets!

Releasing DVDs in 2023 is WILD

Could PLEASE somebody tell me if the TMNT 2003 DVD Boxset will have better image quality? I already have this series: The TMNT Season 1 part 1 & 2, TMNT Season 2 part 1 & 2, Season 3 on individual dvds, Season 4 2 dvd's set, and Ninja Tribunal 2 dvd's set. Image quality is pretty good if I watche it on m CRT TV, but if not, it doesn't look very well because is badly interlaced, so on LCD/LED/OLED tvs any content would look better if it's deinterlaced (progressive scan). I hope somebody could notify me about this because I can't find any information about that detail yet.
