Inexpensive campsites in low season can be found by the Camping Card of ACSI. (Https://www.campingcard.com/de/)
One pays once approximately 16 euro annually and receives to the Camping Card a campsite guide for Europe, in which the reduced places (11-19 € / night) are listed. The overnight price includes the vehicle, two persons, electricity and shower charges. The Camping Card has then usually paid off on the third night.
