My situation is incredibly delicate as I have 5 month old twins with this person. My ex is still hoovering sending flowers and calling from unknown numbers and I have gone no contact but he still finds clever ways to ask me to “just have a conversation with him.” What I don’t understand is that I found out a month after the discard that he posted on some social media that he is engaged to his new supply. So why is he hoovering me, the old supply when he’s engaged to the new supply whom he cheated on me with prior to the discard? Also what angers me is that he is telling his family and friends that I was the cause of all the problems. I discarded him then he blocked me everywhere within a hour after my departure. I have been no contact Since then and he never reaches out either. I just moved on as no time for someone who just played games in life. I am sure he can get new supply anytime as he has money but she will just go through the same thing at the end. I really want to thank you for this post. I was discarded by my ex posting on FB that he just got married. (This happened a couple of years ago). My response to him was wishing him well with his new life. I erased and blocked him and people we knew together. 6 months passed and he called my teenage son. My son deleted and blocked him. I was livid but I kept no contact. He reached out again this past Thanksgiving as if we never missed a beat. (He called on a different number). When I found out it was him, I kept the conversation short and surface. I didnt asked any questions about him at all. Close to the new year he reached out again and asked me could he call me. I said no. Since then, I haven't heard anything more outside of a few suspicious friend requests. You are so right not being reactivate and staying no contact is important for survival.

My mother and ex husband are both narcissists and this is true for them regardless. Narc mother lost it when I ran away and got married. She literally started calling nonstop. I couldn't even enjoy my first week being married because she was trying to get my attention constantly. Left my ex husband he randomly showed up everywhere I was. My narc mother told him where I was knowing full well he abused me physically and emotionally for 6 years but mom told him where I was. She hated I married him but had no problem working to keep him in the family when I left. He would call constantly, started telling me about dating this girl or sleeping with that one, then tried to beg me for sex at the same time. Told me these girls were the best things that ever happened to him I guess hoping to make me jealous. Failed, I was done.

Watching it again after coming to this awareness and going back a year later and being stuck in the cycle again (we "coparent") it hits different. Since this last discard hes degraded me if front of our children, and has given his worst perspective of me to the relative i live with, causing drama, strife, and tension in me and our childrens place of living to the point we might be kicked out. The levels they will go to to break your relationship dwn is unreal but equally flipping dangerous! We didn’t have all the information which is out in the public domain as it is now to help us navigate through this! But now that I have I had to make a tough decision and leave my partner. They have 4 children together I’ve seen how she has used them to no end to ensure she can still influence the relationship to the point where their eldest child now 22 smashed my car window on his fathers birthday when I went to visit him whilst he was unwell. This is after years of abuse I suffered just because he tried to move after her. They can become dangerous so for those planning to leave, move on in life and have a better future tap into all of the information u have available to u because u cannot have a great future until u have skilled urself up to know what might be coming ur way. My Christian mother thinks she’s a good person, got baptized two years ago and still calls her passive husband names. He’s my stepdad and she’ll call him stupid and tell him to shutup and she constantly speaks over him, she tells him to shutup anytime he trys to get a word in, now my brothers picked up her narcissism traits, she abused us as kids and that resulted in some damage, im positive my brothers are narcissistic because of the way they act, the lack of accountability and the insensitive insults they’ll throw at me or one another unprovoked, they lie, steal and manipulate to get what they want as if they’re 5 years old, and my gosh the way they treat their girlfriends are even worse, also how argumentative they are and how mean they treat me, each other, friends and strangers. They treat people closest to them the worst, brothers are alcoholics and get into fights at bars or inside of our home or in feomt of our house, they fight anywhere, they have no class, when it comes to basic decency its like they have to be taught because they never were. because of his pride it won’t allow him to walk away from arguments, my brothers and same with my mom too love loyalty even in times where they’re wrong, they want me to lie to hide and cover up for their bad behaviour, the want me to be loyal to a default. Yesterday I removed both my brothers from my Facebook to teach myself i can forgive them from a distance, its not my job to “fix” what went wrong and even if i forgive them doesn’t mean They deserve to be in my life, they don’t care how what they do effects me so Idc to be in contact with these cold hearted soul draining vampires. They degrade their girl friends to the point where if it were my daughter id tell her to get a restraining order and document everything, they’re extremely abusive. I can say the destruction of our family and my brothers personalities would be from the relentless verbal and physical, emotional psychological neglect/abuse they endured by our mother, she’s worse than anyone I’ve even known, she’s evil, shes break body parts on her children if she could get away with it. Thats the type of persom she is. She Could care less about how her abuse effected her children, she created addicts, buying them liquor throughout their teenage years, she sabotaged her children and grows up denying it all. Now my brothers abuse me and their girlfriends and lie about it, i blocked my mom and brothers cause they scapegoat me and they deserve to stay blocked, she’s so delusional to think she’d have access to my Children before she gets help, id never let her anywhere near my children, she’s a devil.

I know thats dangerous. I’ve never accidentally almost burned the carpet or anything really. Wtf?! Why?! Anyways he slammer the door on my face and told me to not talk to him for the rest of the night. I can fix the spot like new and I told him that. But alas he wants to be mad at me.
