I only have one thing to say...I CRIED DURING THE F*****G EDITING.
I must burn all my saiyuki gaiden ovas and manga and....EVERYTHING. ç_ç

I have to admit, usually I'm not a fan of mixing the separate series due to the obvious differences in style and quality, but I think in this case it only adds to the charm. Awesome vid. :)

Merf Mergh Thank you! :* The difference is, unfortunately, very visible...But the real beginning of the Gaiden was oversimplified in the ovas and i wanted to, somehow, cover that hole!

Thank you for all your comments, i am really glad that you appreciated my videos, it means a lot to me! Saiyuki is so underrated but i still love it (in solitude? eheh), so i wanted to sum up all the beautiful things that made me fall in love with this manga AND Minekura (afterwards). A year later I see this again and can only be speechless. I've now realized that this video is what inspired me to get into editing and I swear, (if I ever get around to finishing any of my many WIPs) this will always be linked to in the description of anything I complete. Thank you.

Because of the good quality I think it's an OVA There are are 4(?) Newer ones, I watched all of the anime on KissAnime, but i think any animesite should have these by this point. 🙂
