Glad to see a hunter using the archery equipment that archery season was intended to be. When bows cost more th@n my high dollar rifles yo7 might as well just hunt with a rifle or hunt in regular rifle season. 1972 I started to archery hunt with a Bear 45 lb. recurve bow , cedar shaft arrows and bear broad head with razor insert no sights and I-hunted on the ground and harvested deer. 👍👍👍👍👍

Wounding loss was a big worry for me when getting into trad from a compound. Way to stick with it and find her.
