@@Cantstopfactsbruh What? No, kyo is not that bad..he does the same combos...just like 10% less damage. lol. Kyo is now to waste bar to do the same damage than before with special moves..play him like shingo. No special atacks..just bar atacks.

They need to nerf really meitenkun speed skills. He does a lot of damage near the same as the cheap o. Yashiro.

They need to nerf tf out of a couple of characters. If they can't make everyone relatively equal, then I believe they should just keep rotating the "top tier" characters. Like how Ralf, Vanessa & Terry were at the top in vanilla. Then Luong, Gato ect. Maxima, Antonov & King next plz.
