come on you know the boys are on different stages of their puberty. give them the credit being able to pull it off despite the distance ( people 20 years old and below are still in quarantine in the Philippines ). consider all these covers they are making some sort of practice and way of the keeping touch with their fans And yes Francis being the youngest is probably the one having the hardest time at this moment.

I think they did a good job with this cover. I am enjoying their puberty voices. I think they sound like 14 and 15 year old boys. We cant expect them to sound like kids forever. Mackie seems to be finished with puberty. His voice is very smooth and soothing and still has amazing runs. Keifer has incredible range now and his high notes are amazing. He has always been able to hit the lows and high notes even before. Francis was the last to hit puberty and his voice has probably changed the most but he still sounds good. Its probably difficult to do covers during quantine being in separate locations. I appreciate and look forward to them still doing covers for their fans . Hope they keep it up.

Dont worry that is a 2mos old vid for sure francis is improving a lot I have so much faith in him, he is a resilient kid he knows his strength he just needs time, mackie is doing good finally his hardwork paid off, as for our dear Keifer he conquers any ranges out there and maintained that angelic and clear voice even at the peak of puberty, so imagine if he is done with it!!!..a few mos or a year from now is the real deal, so brace yourselves💖

Not only their voices are changing and also in quarantine so can't be in the same place where harmonization is difficult...we should be thankful they're still putting videos out for us to enjoy. Sure they're not perfect at this time, most famous teens going through puberty just takes a long break until their voices fully develop and some don't even comeback. Appreciate your reaction but some portions of your critique is like were in normal times and we're not.

Thanks for your honesty Ovela.. thanks for recognizing their efforts, your honesty is quiet hurtful but truth always hurt i guess. They are still on transistion we all know that, they do cover from time to time i believe to show to their fans how they are doing and progressing in their voices. Performing together in one room or stage is not possible for them at the moment. As a fan, especially of Keifer, happy to see them post something once in a while, we believe we are with them in their journey. We are happy to hear their imperfections, and glad to support and give them encouragement to better themselves. So, let’s be patient and wait till they get their full controls back, and be blown away again 😊.. but i was blown with Keifer’s high notes here ☺️

Just a little comment on the harmony thing: It can be a little off because they are not singing "together" they are in different rooms in different places. And I recomend you listen to their cover of Lay me down, its better there

Mackie has the most stable voice as he is almost done with puberty. Keifer is still somewhere in the middle as it is roughly a year when his voice started to change. Francis' voice started to change few months after Keifer's which explains the instability.

i think keifer's voice sounds the best at this point but mackie is nice too. francis really needs to work on his voice as it is unstable.

@@lordchold2316 they have a vocal team and they also have ears as well. So they really don't need to hear what's wrong with their voices. We need to encourage them not to give up. Especially Francis. Poor baby looks defeated sometimes bc he knows that he is struggling. All he can do is work through it. There is no need for those faces Ovela was making and just saying things that could've been said in a more constuctive way.

This is the phase where their voice tend to crack a lot, and for them to sing in this level without voice cracks, is a feat in itself while harmonizing with others. Can't wait for their vocal chords to stabilize. I bet they're going to be like darren espanto

I don't mind the negativity in this reaction. Although I think it's their best so far to date. Remember what one reactor likes, another might not. OPINIONS. Just got done watching a vocal coach react to this song, and the reactor liked the run Keifer did that you said, "NO NO NO". Mackie connected his run at the end of a word, Francis and Keifer did not have that privilege. I think Francis' voice has changed the most so far, and he is handling it like a pro. Mackie has the most balance when it comes to his chest voice because he's been in puberty the longest. Keifer I think will maintain his overall range, enabling him to do melody, upper or lower range in their harmony. JMO.

when they were kids, they all had pretty much the same comfortable singing range, which the exception of kiefer's whistle. it was around A3-G5. it is just francis's voice started to transition last, so he had to sing the high parts in all the songs they covered.

@@piemiller4433 I saw from one of their interviews that professionals advice is to keep singing so they won't loose the ability to hit high notes and of course keep practicing to control their new lows. I know it's painful to watch some portions and mixing/editing could be better, at the end of the day these kids are still amazing and not hiding under a rock because of puberty.

I think they're trying to find a middle area with their new voice and that's why they tried to do this song with mostly lows even when they can go high. They're trying to add their new-found voice mechanic in their arsenal and this video may just be their experiment content to know how the audience will react, giving them a clearer path as they develop their voice in the early stages of its transition

I totally agree with you. I love my TNT boys and I love watching TNT boys reactions, however; they do not sound very good right now due to their puberty. But once their voice stabilizes I think they will sound amazing again. I Can't wait to hear them when they pass this phase. In regards to harmonizing, I wonder if they're not harmonizing very well because they're not singing together to hear each other.

I think you can be HONEST without being too PERFECTIONIST. I guess you're mixing up those two words. Idk it just sounds ironic to me how you say you completely understand their situation given the puberty stuff and all, and then go react and expect a flawless-just-like-the-old-ones performance from them.

It's more to me that he's making those "honest" comments for the sake of being honest. That's the little brand he's made of himself anyway. And exactly, he's not in the Philippines to have any idea of what they're going through, more so that he shouldn't be making all those faces and quite harsh comments. By now you might assume I'm one of those people who can't take "constructive criticisms" (if that's how you believe it to be), but you know, being a little bit appreciative of the boys' efforts doesn't really cost so much.

Mariah Clara Did you even watch the entire video?? If so then understanding english is not in the list of your accomplishments. He gave the kind of unfettered feedback that will help them analyze their weaknesses, identify strengths, in order to craft a better sound. He even said that he wants them to succeed beyond their musical endeavors. What he did was a very honest assessment of their music. Think that a negative feedback that has some validity will help the boys be stronger down the road. He works in a music industry for many years and god knows how many songs he listened to, singers/artist he have worked with, and tons of musics he produced the guy earned his credibility. I'm trying to drive home a simple point, let someone who have no personal connection to Philippines give their unbiased opinion. Otherwise your short circuited way of thinking who'd only accept a counsel of yes-men is delusional. Be realistic don't reflect an image full of most favorable light this won't get you anywhere gurl.

It's sad... Don't you wanna hear negative? Maybe you always want to hear only the positive comments... Ovela explained that he completely understand that the TNT boys are struggling because of puberty. But he also need to mention that the harmony isn't that good. Because it is the truth. We all know that TNT boys are the best way back when they were a bit little, let's just wait for it to be clean again after the process of puberty.

@@beinspiredph3100 there is a way tl be constructive without being flat out inconsiderate. Of course they aren't harmonizing as well without being able to be in the same room together. Why did he not mention that? These boys have to sing through it. They aren't hiding during their vocal transformation like most artists. Mackie has been going through puberty the longest, then Keifer, and then Francis. So of course Mackie has more control over his voice, then Keifer, and then Francis. No one is asking for him to lie or smile the entire time. If anyone should know what they're going through, Ovela should...hell...his voice still cracks. Lol.

His comments maybe harshed but let's face it, they are still struggling with their current voice, well given the fact that they are undergoing puberty. Sometimes when we really idolize someone, it's hard for us to accept criticisms but for me, honest feedback are better bec that would help them get better. We still love them though.

Do u think they don't have a team that tells them what's wrong and what they need to work on? They weren't even in the same place bc of quarantine. Their voice changing is natural. It happens to every young male singer. Idk why Ovela is acting shocked. Ovela still doesn't have control of his own voice. He should've tried to relate to them and tried to encourage them. Everyone knows they're voices changed and they sound different. He isn't being different from the other reactors by being "honest." He is being different by being cruel. The other reactors just chose to pick out the positive things and say it instead of the negative. It doesn't make Ovela better than anyone bc he was willing to hurt the boys feelings. Like i said we all know they're struggling...we don't need him to tell us. We can encourage them not to give up.

Why others keep on getting angry? It's an honest reaction. It is natural that their voices are not so clean as it used to be because of puberty. No, you're right but for me you're getting mistake of reacting that their voice is struggling? No , we should know that they are from the different stages they are not in studio they are in their house singing with the different mic , so we should never react that can hurt someone else , Can you please analyze the past cover and this? You can see the difference because they are in one singing in studio from the past and this is just a cover song for a fans these quarantine
