You actually mean omniverse . One game of Undertale is the size of one omniverse . The original Chara is had destroyed multiple omniverses in her past . At the end of Undertale she litterally overpowered her own microverse , broke the 4th wall and became part of our macruverse . So at the end of the cenocide , Chara is outerversal .
