Actually 377 Ipc was imposed by brittish in india, in ancient Indian culture homosexuality was not crime there are it's descriptions in sculptures and texts. But still there are tabbo s about it in the present because of various reasons.

Still it's illegal for us to marry. I'm a transgirl. It's hard for me to get hormone therapy and operations. Why i have to pay soo much to be myself where other peoples can just exist as they're. From history and culture india wasn't like that. India was a place where everyone can exist as who they're. Even some of our gods are lgbtq+. So why the hell we follow a colonial rule? Legalize homosexual marriage. Make free healthcare for trans people. Is that too hard? No.
