Also: I am SO DEEPLY PUMPED seeing Teddy/Hulkling at the forefront of a storyline, and an EVENT on top of it! I love Billy but of the two of them, Teddy always takes a backseat. LOVE seeing this plot thread around since 2006 addressed of his space king destiny

Would be amazing, but probably not as good in MCU. With cringy jokes and comedic parts in scenes which would otherwise be serious. Oh and don't forget the no blood etc.

Pascal Vézina true, but to be fair, mainstream marvel fans (non comic-fans) don’t even have clue of what’s going on in this trailer, I read a fair share of comics and I am hyped, but a non comic fan probably wouldn’t be attracted to some event in the comics

Yes Hulkling is actually the crown prince of Skrull Empire, but in this one he leads the Kree and Skrull Alliance. Carol is the new Accuser.

Real talk tho I cannot stop laughing at the fact wiccans gonna wake up and be told by his frineds his fiance is attacking the earth, like that poor man lmao. All jokes aside its gonna be interesting to see how he reacts to this, i could honestly see him being the one to fully confort teddy on all this and those two wouldn’t hold back. It ben painful to see but id kinda wanna see a fight between the two of them, especially cause if previous young avengers comics they’ve adressed the fact teddy always pushed asside his responsibilities and issues for billy so the drama you could pull from that could be great

Nando Ginkaku Empyre is a spiritual successor to the Kree-Skrull War. The FF had some slight involvement in that story, so it makes sense they’d be part of this.

You know "universe shattering" events kind of lose their meaning when literally every Marvel event for the last few years has been marketed as "changing the marvel universe forever". Maybe just stop doing events for a few years, we're kind of getting burnt out.

Tbh it doesnt really affect everyone. Especially the xmen. They have their hands full fullfilling a timeline they hope will ensure their survival in the future. An event like this doesnt really have an impact on them

This trailer is absolutely bonkers, but you better have a credible explanation as to why Hulkling of all people would lead the Skrulls and the Krees in a war against Earth's heroes, which include his boyfriend.

I really hope the Kree-Skull Alliance wins. It just doesn't make sense for them to lose especially with the aide of the Mutants. It makes so much sense for Mutants to work with the Kree-Skulls then with the humans. This will make an awesome event in the future for the MCU

Looks great. I have hopes we can get a true event, as the last one I considered was Secret Wars in 2015. But every time they say it’s “final” or “has earth shattering consequences” or “the universe will never be the same” always sounds like a joke to me. But I have faith this will be done well. Also, I’m glad no one other comments has said it’s a movie trailer for the MCU

Like from a tactical standpoint does it make sense to actually invade earth? They're an intergalactic civilization and all alien races involved have tried this tactic before and lost. Galactus lost. Wouldn't it be better to park your ships on the edge of the solar system and just blow earth up from there? Or if you don't like the loss of life, just quarantine the planet? Or just threaten them with both if Earth doesn't join the Empire? It's a bit of a logic leap for me, but cool explosions so w/e.
