I doubt any of those stories are true. An underage girl getting killed by an Internet predator is extremely rare and always makes the news. The court records would be publicly available and NBC has the resources to find a story like that. The odds that two girls in the same family would meet up with a stranger from online, especially after her cousin's suspossed "rape and murder," do not add up.
