A good way to improve your tennis technique during your training session is to try to find some big power, to hit the ball hard !
Hit the ball hard but it's essential to stay loose and to not use too much your muscles !
Hit at 80% of the max you can do, and feel free to make mistakes !
Searching for big power in your strokes should help you :
- use your whole body
- use your legs to iniate your groundstrokes
- make large swings, during backswing and follow through
- move forward at impact
- find fast swings, staying loose and relaxed
Use this advice for your groundstrokes and for your serve only.
This is not a tactic for your matches, during matches, you must vary the intensity of your shots depending on the situation.
