This is so relatable but for me it’s the opposite. I’ve always had relatives telling me to eat more to get more meat but also people who comment saying they’d kill to be as slim and skinny as me. I think that the insecurities in skinny people also need to be recognised, since we don’t all feel like we’ve got the perfect body

Yup! Agreed, Not all Asian ladies are thin! Relatives’ pastimes should be be critiquing other women’s bodies. I’ve noticed that this is a theme in every culture. It’s like don’t they have any tact or anything else better to do.
