What a bloody awesome adventure :-) Really enjoyed that mate!

My first bike was a 1966 S90. Bulletproof, 100+ mpg, bought it in 1971 for $20 (generous friend of my dad basically gave it to me based on how much cash I had). This bike went everywhere, could (eventually) hit 55 mph and just rocked, until I got the bug for really fast bikes and gave it away. A mistake you can't explain to a 25 year old who wants 0-60 mph in less than 2.5 seconds, it must be lived. Not riding bikes now, but thinking, just how fun and appropriate a bike like that was.

Living in north Devon, it took me 10 hours to get to Matlock on my C90. Although to some, carrying out a long distance ride with a 45 mph bike may sound like hell on earth, but it's quite the opposite. You become an edurance team. First, there's the need to prepare the bike, your kit and plan alternative, non motorway routes. You see so much more than when you're on a bigger bike. The feeling of achievement is greater as you experience every mile. You just need to have no time restraints and just sit back and enjoy the ride.

It just goes to show you don’t need a mega bucks adventure bike to have a great time and lasting memories.

OMW reminds me of old times had one of those back in the 80's after a twat pulled out in front of my Honda cb 450 and wrote it off, the c90 is legend you just can't kill them, did it's job well in all weathers for me at the time, nice video mate, thumbs up from me.

I had a genuine Honda C90 for a while. It wouldn't start if it got rained on. A pain if I was at work & hadn't parked under cover. We had to squeeze it on its side into the back of my wife's 2CV several times. I'd love another, but more reliable one. Great video, thanks

That looked like a lot of fun, it's amazing the amount of abuse those things can take. I've never been to Squires before, it's like the northern Loomies haha. Will have to stop off there next time I'm anywhere near that way.

we are not far from Land's End, other day we saw two guys on honda cubs, clearly touring, one had a wire basket on the front and a sat nav. Legends.

Some of those guys at the café would have been thinking, yup I had a lot of fun on one of them. That's the appeal, re live the freedom of having the first bike.

This is why i subbed ( April 2020 ) You young man know the 90, you ride a 90 as it should be ridden , you can road side fix a 90 or botch it what ever's best and i really think you have the true C90 bug ...good on ya mate ...Brill you-tuber.

Get some lock tight if you going o rough roads and abox of the various sized bolts and not sold on some shops.Saved me a lot of worry at times

enjoyed it! I couldn't believe that one place in the road where all those big rocks were! Looks like a nightmare to drive through. Just wondering, how many pounds did your bike cost to buy? was it running when you bought it?...personally, I have a 1977 Yamaha vino 125cc & a honda pcx150cc which I enjoy riding both of them. The Yamaha wasn't running when I bought it, but with a bit of work it did, had to replace the carb, battery, change oil & oil filter, clean out gas tank. It cost approx. 400 u.s. dollars when I got it. Used to have a honda 70 trail bike when I was a kid.

nicely made documentary of your ride . in short a little different in style to many of the motor cycle videos.it demonstrates that big over engineered motor cycles are not necessarily needed to have fun on two wheels. good on you. keep safe keep riding and keep documenting your adventures.

Only bike I ever had had that yamaha townmate t80 then a honda 90 then a sym symba 100 which is a cub replica now just brought a vintage c65

I know the cub was designed to go anywhere but those dirt roads look to mutch asking for a puncture
