Nah, theres 3 of them in the fishpond behind my house and you can hear them all night, they never shut up lol. It is kinda nice though, when they arent calling, then you know something bad is around

When I was a child, sixty years ago toads abound, developers came and drove them into submission or polytricks ! No more song...$$$$$$

I used to have a big wildlife pond in my back garden, which attracted all sorts to my garden, as well as the pond. Unfortunately a neighbours overhanging fruit tree ended up poisoning it, such a shame. Cheers Alan

Your zoom and clarity are amazing! I just came back from the Big Island of Hawaii and on the Hilo side they have a problem with tiny little frogs that got there from Puerto Rico somehow. Those things NEVER sleep - it’s unreal. I guess they don’t have natural predators there and are multiplying exponentially.
