This game is only good because you cannot understand the dub. Like she said, if it was in english and she talks like that, it wont be cute. It would be cringefest

Nah, I'm a native speaker and even though this is cringe and I'd never play this on my own, it's hilarious to watch precisely because Toast is cringing along with us, the audience. The tropes are very stereotypical in Chinese culture and somewhat accurate, and that kind of hyperbole/intentional over exaggeration works out in the humor department, so I wouldn't say it's not fun if you understood the dub.
