As a person who was a cashier for a while and quit when the Great Plague of 2020 hit, I can give you a pretty decent script for how that goes if you want expert level practice: [Me] Hello how are you today? [You] I'm good, thanks, how are you? [Me] I'm doing good. Did you find everything okay? [You] Yes [Me] And are you a member of our information-harvesting program? [You] No; I keep meaning to sign up for it but then I get home and I forget to do it. I'll do it this time I promise!
