You beat me to it... was typing while you were struggling with the fish.... yes use oil on grill to avoid sticking. But with that thin fish, it would bound to break up What I do is use a grill mat for grilling incl. delicate items(veges). Like how you did the chicken 💯👍. I knew the reason for you visit🎉
