@@sasugamegami5113 it was probbaly a twofier, one it was early enough in the series that that bit of his personality was not revealed or fleshed out enough and two rasengan is the base name, it starts okay but then he goes off. If he would have survived to upgrade the rasengan and added element chakra, who knows what name he would have come up with.

@@notgadot the senju clan didnt get wiped out, they disbanded during Hashirama's reign as Kage and married into the other clans, instead of marrying/procreating amongst one another. Almost all of the clans in konoha have senju background at this point

I had thought about this before as well. I’m betting Kishimoto just didn’t think of it well writing. But if we need an actual reason, I’d say Minato just doesn’t have the practice required to do it. Killer bee trained Naruto how to do it on the turtle island. Minato in a wartime battlefield like this just never had a chance to even try let alone practice.

The fact that Minato actually managed to befriend the Dark Half of Kurama is just..... crazy to think about. It was so hard for Naruto to befriend the Positive Light Half, i can only imagine what Minato's talk-no-jutsu was like. It truly makes me believe if he had lived, he would have been able to settle things with the Uchiha and prevented the Coup and Massacre

I doubt Minato used talk no jutsu, bro was an actual menace to the ninja world he is the only ninja that has an "on sight retreat" command from his enemies, as well as the fact that Naruto wasnt a Namikaze because Minato had too many enemies that would threaten Naruto's life if he was a Namikaze. I believe that Minato was just stronger that's why he was able to completely tame dark Kurama and dark Kurama just complied because he acknowledges Minato as stronger.

Funnily enough, Naruto actually is from TWO exceptionally talanted clans and was considered a genius by those in the know. He managed to meet Jonin level without proper Chakra control due to the sealing jutsu on him and mastered an S class jutsu in under a week. He then even invented his own jutsu, which even among the prodigies is basically unheard of.

i really like how equal this match up is the 2 smartest and fastest (in movement, and in strategizing) hokages, along with the 2 soon to be strongest shinobi of all time (arguably already one of the strongest by this point). obito got the massive power up, the mystery behind his new found powers, and i guess it can also be argued that minato lost a bit of his composure at the start there, after he found out that obito was still alive, as his advantage. it not only shows how strong ten tails obito is, but also how valuable this 4 is in the war. i think hashirama and bee is also valuable, but at this point of the story, naruto and sasuke dont have the power that is needed to switch places with those two (stalling madara & protecting the entire shinobi forces from strong attacks). while minato and tobirama is actually the most crucial fighter against ten tails (both beast and jinchurikis), with their jutsus, and their intellect i know hiruzen can also be catagorized as valuable. but he got really nerfed early on in the war sadly, while the other 3 hokages get to show a bit of their power, before ofc being nerfed as well when madara became the jinchuriki, so that the other characters can get some spotlight (understandable from a storytelling standpoint, dissapointing from a world building standpoint)

1:28 i don't understand why the rasengan is effective. Is it because Naruto uses Natural energy instead of chakra to create that rasengan, or is it because Naruto entering Senjutsu mode so that all his jutsu becomes effective even though it's still made from common chakra ?

And Minato actually befriended ? I'd guess not. I would point out that there were different statements in different points of the series (and arc) to suggest that wouldn't be the case 1 - Naruto befriends Kurama before Minato comes to the frame 2 - Both halves of Kurama share conciousness among themselves (so even if one half is darker, or whatever way you'd classify it, they work as one, not as disagreeing with each other (Naruto didn't have to befriend the other half of Kurama at any point) 3 - Minato had the overall skills and especifically chakra control and fuin jutsu knowledge and control to just overpower his Kurama, and even if he'd get the same downside Naruto had before making amends with Kurama of losing the same quantity of chakra he'd taken out of Kurama by force, that would be tottaly nullified by the Edo Tensei body simply being stamina free (same thing that goes for reincarnated Madara never running out of chakra)

Despite what Obito said was true about him turning his back on the leaf and not being there when stuff gotten bad for the squad. Naruto defended his father without even understanding the events before he was born. Classic Naruto moment.

Hiruzen, Jiraiya, and Minato die directly because of their students 😅 Danzou gets rid of the Uchiha, what a helpful student he was. Well, Obito did kinda help out 🤭 It's as if Hiruzen gave his balls to Danzou. There's truly no way he didn't know what was up till it was too late, but them, his own son did run off on him 😅 in addition, his "favourite" student was the ONLY Sannin left but he didn't know that Danzou was using him? @@opheriayu When kurama killed Minato it was not under the influence of obito as Minato already removed their connection by the contract seal, it was on its own free will, so there was no duo it was solo.
