RIP to Toby!!!!!!!!! His music is fantastic and he was a real patriot! Travelled all over the world to bases where American soldiers were stationed and entertained them. Some of his songs were directly about them. He will be missed!!!!!!!!!!

He had a wife of almost of 40yrs, children. He visited & entertained the troops for 11yrs. He also built a cancer center in Oklahoma that functioned like St. Judes. He was a good man & funny as heck!

Toby was a country great and I am so glad I had the privilege to see him in concert many times.... Courtesy of the Red, White and Blue received the BEST reaction of any concert I ever attended and I have been to almost 100 live performances.... He will be deeply missed!

His dad lost an eye in the army. My grandfather, dad, brothers, and step son served. We still fly a flag in our yard like his dad did. Played over a hundred military benefits here and overseas. What a great man rip. (Enjoyed your reaction too!) Peace from Northern Michigan.

I was so sad to hear of his passing. He fought cancer so hard and I truly believed he was gonna beat it. But he was an inspiration to me because he went down swinging and never complained. His videos were so funny and the storytelling was top notch. RIP Big Dog.

To see the patriotic side of Toby, check out 'Courtesy of the red, white & blue, the angry American'. He wrote it after 9/11 & the official video is outstanding. Every American should hear it. I am brokenhearted to lose Toby. He has tons of funny songs/videos like this & was never afraid to laugh at himself or life in general. He also did a beautiful tribute song to his friend Wayman Tisdale, who passed from Cancer a few years ago. The song was filled with Toby's heartfelt feelings & today, it describes how I & all of Toby's fans feel, about him. 'Cryin' for me' is just beautiful. Check it out too. You won't be sorry.
