Makes me really sad to see another climbing channel sponsored by AG1. Their supplement claims to cure everything from gut problems to aging, but has not been verified by any studies. At $99 for 30 servings, it is also so much more expensive than just taking a multivitamin (which would give exactly the same effect). Please be more selective with your sponsors.

Would love more climbing+parkour content and routes. You should do *a series where you set a route and then one person has to attempt it the Parkour way and the other the static way.* Both ways super impressive.

Id love to get into climbing. I loved doing it years ago but 2 herniated disks recently makes it impossible to even do my physical therapy. Watching you guys and Toby do all this stuff is really inspiring. Im hoping in the next couple years i recover enough to be able to do these demanding sports again. Thank you for making these videos it helps me immensely to be able to see the goal i want to reach.

Half a year I had two herniated discs too (in the neck)... lost a complete muscle in my left arm. I'm still struggling to get back to where I was, but slowly I'm getting there. I wish you the best for your recovery! Don't lose hope!
@centipede4861

Thank you fren. Thankfully i still have all my parts, tho i probably need surgery, not quite sure what that entails yet... mind if i ask how you were injured? For me it was lack of exercise, being forced to bend over to do everyday tasks due to my height, and a fall in january that seemed to be the final straw.
@hidden_sense9839
@hidden_sense9839 Жыл бұрын
@@centipede4861 I don't know the exact cause, but my theory is that some headbanging caused the actual trauma to the disks, but did not immediately cause symptoms. Bad posture (lots of work in front of a computer) then caused the herniated disks to press on the nerves later on. Since then (years ago), I have it reocurring if I do the 'wrong' movements (e.g. looking up too much). Like aproxmately once a year. This year I fell asleep on a train to a new job (with lots of sitting too) and it became worse than it ever was before. That's when the muscle atrophied and I realized it too late...
