The kitchen could be better the sink area and storage for cookware and tableware would be inadequate for a dinner party unless you had it catered and that would defeat the purpose of a dinner party a gourmet kitchen would be better so you could entertain business clientele and friends and occasional out of town relatives. Whats the use in having a nice Parisian apartment if you don't show it off and let your people enjoy it.

16th arrondissement isn’t center of Paris but it’s the outskirts of Paris. 1st 2nd 3rd and 4th arrondissements are heart of Paris

As someone showcasing luxury homes I would expect you to be able to distinguish between a lighting feature and a chandelier, and a terrace and a Juliet balcony.

It's safe as long as you don't work past your 62nd birthday. Asking the lazy French to work longer is one of the reasons for the troubles 😉

european houses and apartment are so flat and hugly. For some reason developers think these grade school ugly construction is appealing and starting to adopt the garbage from europe. I bet its cheap design makes it look more spacious which leads to better profits for the developers in the US ...
