They make discriminations and prejudices based on the color of someone’s skin. That’s called racism. It's not just that. Any word or idea that illicit a response unconsciously is a trigger. It's usually applied when talking about trauma. ANYTHING can be used manipulatively. That's its own thing. The human subject is never truly free from their own bias and beliefs which is where the trigger resides. You can be triggered to something you have been primed to emote with in a specific way and not ever think about it. Like if your girl kisses your dic. It's triggered to get hard. That ain't brainwashing. That's just you reacting to things your primed for.

Thank you Tom MacDonald!! I also have to say as a 30yr old "straight white male" I have never had the "privilege" of "White Privilege" ever in my life. I grew up very poor, never had anything given to me. Been harassed many times by city police and sheriffs. Been convicted of a felony when it should have been a misdemeanor, but because I can't afford a high end lawyer, now my record is forever tarnished over 200 dollars. I have been homeless living in my car, and have had to work tooth and nail just to get to where I am today. Even now I have absolutely no benefit of any sort of privilege, so it does offend me when I hear that shit. When I was a kid all of my best friends we're black. We played basketball and football, chilled out listening to music and it was never about race or even thought of in that way. We we're all just friends! Race didn't matter and none of us were privileged because of it. People these days really don't have common sense anymore. They don't even take the time to think about what they see or hear. They just react and usually (Negatively). Our first amendment is getting trampled on because of that kind of shit. People's careers are being ruined because of something they said 10-15 years ago. People need to realise now is not 15 years ago and society was completely different. Ask Morgan Freemon or Lil' Wayne about Racism and you might just get a surprising answer. The media is owned by extremely evil corrupt people so don't let the news affect anything in your life and do your own research and soul searching. We need to come together not divide in these crazy times

This is a great reach shaq, in my opinion the only thing you missed was the chorus. He is still talking about the white male stereotype, he’s not saying he is actually living great or laughing in cops faces, he is saying that is what people think about straight white males. This whole song is about the stereotype. Great react though I love that you actually listen to the message.

Well said. I think these days, it's more about the people of privileged of status and money, no matter the color, trying to divide us regular Americans to suit their agendas. The news sources are the worst. Remember, "United we stand; divided we fall". That's what power hungry people are trying to do to the every day person. I know there are true prejudice people of all races don't get me wrong. I think overall there are more of us that enjoy each others differences, and can laugh at the truths about each culture. It's the news media focused on the few bad...unfortunately that sells.

@@kellywalker8396 great point, and honestly if you want to talk about "white privileges " or privileges in general look at these corrupt politicians now in days, the ones that sit in their massive mansions holding up stimulus packs to help us everyday hard working American citizens. That's privilege. Im white and I've gotten 2 tickets by cops, only been pulled over 4 times being 31 but still. I comply with what they ask, I don't bitch and gripe. I've never been handed a thing in my life, some kids get cars for their 16th Bday or for their high school graduation, not me and honestly I'm glad I didn't. My parents raised me not to be a spoiled prick, to earn my keep and everything I want or desire in life to really bust my ass for. Don't half ass your job and expect to be handed shit. I personally don't know what white privilege is and I am GRATEFUL that I don't!

I'm 50 years old and listen to most genres of music but being a bodybuilder I listen to rap a lot since it gets you going in the gym! I recently found Shaq!!!
