That is Michaela Watkins. She's one of SNL's shortest-lived cast members. She was only on the show for 16 episodes (which was most of season 34).

The greatest casting injustice in the history of SNL is that Michaela Watkins was not allowed to continue beyond 15 episodes. She instantly meshed with the cast and created memorable characters.

Utterly brilliant...Kristen is incredible....but the skit ONLY works because the straight lady, Michaela Watkins is absolutely brilliant too.....laughed so hard at this...the timing and quips are exceptional.

Absolutely! Wiig is so wonderfully over the top that the woman playing Hoda Kotb almost gets lost. Her performance is absolutely brilliant.
